What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an international method that helps individuals, teams, and organizations explore and address important issues in real time—through the process of play. It is not just a game, but a facilitated process where every participant’s voice is heard, ideas are visualized, and seemingly invisible problems become tangible.
The method is unique in that it bypasses ingrained habits and automatic thought patterns. Participants explore various topics—emotions, relationships, values—and together create a shared vision.
