I am Tamar Kelenjeridze \u2014 Organizational Psychologist, Strategic HR Advisor, Trainer, and Certified LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae Facilitator.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My professional focus primarily includes assessing and developing organizational culture, strategic planning of HR processes, delivering training programs, and evaluating and developing competencies. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Learning & Education<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My professional journey began in 2005, when I graduated from the Dimitri Uznadze Institute of Psychology<\/strong> and became a General<\/strong> and Medical Psychologist<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few years later, as my experience and practice shaped a clear direction, I moved to Valencia and Coimbra<\/strong>, where in 2015 I obtained a Master\u2019s degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While working in organizational contexts, I became increasingly drawn to creative and unconventional approaches\u2014how play and visual thinking can help people and organizations better understand each other and make decisions. Driven by this interest, in 2017 I completed the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY training<\/strong> and became an LSP Certified Facilitator<\/strong>, and in 2021 I decided to explore the mechanisms of play more deeply by completing the Gamification Certified Courses at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Wharton School Online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process of working with organizational cultures highlighted even more clearly the need to deepen my knowledge of communication psychology. That is why I decided to advance my expertise in this field, and in 2023 I completed the certified course \u201cTransactional Analysis 101\u201d<\/strong> at The Berne Institute<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside this, when it comes to improving human experiences, my interests go beyond psychology\u2014at present, I am undertaking the Google<\/strong> UX Design Professional<\/strong> course, learning how to create solutions that are not only visually appealing but also meaningful and human-centered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Professional Journey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over 15 years, I have been working in the field of Psychology and Human Resources<\/strong>. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be involved across diverse sectors\u2014ranging from non-governmental organizations to public and educational institutions, and ultimately private business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-governmental sector: I worked at the organization \u201cTanadgoma\u201d<\/strong>, where my main responsibilities included conducting research<\/strong> and providing psychological counseling<\/strong> to vulnerable groups within the framework of a USAID project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public-educational sector: I worked at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs<\/strong>, where I served as a Psychologist<\/strong> responsible for the design and delivery of training courses<\/strong>, as well as for quality research<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business sector: My core HR professional experience<\/strong> is connected to business organizations, where I have worked with major employers such as IKEA of Sweden<\/strong>, Sheraton Metechi Palace<\/strong>, Evolution<\/strong>, Nikora Holding<\/strong>, and Nikora Trade<\/strong>. Each company I have worked with has provided me with valuable opportunities for experience and professional development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, I have been working as an Independent Consultant<\/strong>, which allows me to collaborate with companies and teams across various industries. This form of work is not only a professional choice for me but also a unique space for continuous growth and new professional challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
